• Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays

We currently offer delivery across Pakistan.

If you require international shipping, please contact us before placing your order.

3. Delivery Time

• Estimated delivery time: 4-7 business days after dispatch

• Delivery times may vary depending on your city and courier service

Please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

• We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan at a flat shipping rate of PKR 250 per order.

• We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotions

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or message (if applicable), so you can monitor your delivery.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We may offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service in selected areas.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the time of delivery.

7. Failed Delivery

• If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the courier may attempt redelivery

• Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging your order. However:

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos

• In case of lost packages, we will coordinate with the courier service to resolve the issue
