1. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade and often made-to-order nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue
We will review your request and offer a replacement or refund if approved.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:
• Custom or personalized order
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
• Sale or discounted items
4. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this time, cancellations may not be possible as production may have already started.
5. Refund Process
If your refund is approved:
• It will be processed within 5–10 business days
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or mobile wallet.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item).
